TRANSIT: Our building is easily accessible by public transit, by the 15, 49, 41 or 43 buses or Canada Line Skytrain at Langara-49th or Oakridge Station. Where possible, we do encourage you to take transit due to the extensive construction ongoing in the area affecting parking.
PARKING: St. John Ambulance Vancouver Branch has underground public parking (enter by the alley off Ash Street, behind the building).
Spots are limited on a first come first serve basis, and they do fill up very quickly. Please DO NOT BLOCK in other cars, or park in loading bays, as this could result in your car being towed.
Residential street parking is available in the area, however, please pay attention to signage as this is frequently affected by extensive construction in the area.
PARKING FEES: Effective September 1st, 2023, parking fees are $30.00 per day. Students can enter the discount code “sjastudent” to receive $20.00 off the daily maximum rate. There are signs in the lot which instruct how to pay via text (you will be provided with a link to pay with a credit card online), or you can download the AirGarage app for iPhone or Android.
Please leave yourself ample time to get to your class as traffic patterns are changing regularly and classes will start promptly at 8:30 am (unless otherwise noted).
Our lunchrooms are available for students to use (fridge & microwaves are accessible). We recommended participants to bring their own lunch or snacks. We do have a limited selection of snacks and beverages in a cash-only vending machine.
