• The training center is located on Clarke Street between Queens and Elgin, with parking available on the street (2-hour limit) or in the commuter parking lot across from the Queens Street town square. Nearest transit stop is 500m from our Branch Office.
• Please arrive 15 minutes PRIOR to class start time,
• Latecomers will not be admitted
• Our lunchrooms are available for students to use; however, it is recommended to bring a lunch or snacks that can be eaten outdoors or in your classroom
• Lunchroom (fridge & microwaves) are available

Cancellation Policy:

For Courses under 20 hours, requests for a transfer must be received two (2) full business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class, and a $25.00 service fee will be charged for all transfers.
Requests for cancellation/refund must be received two (2) full business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class or the course fee will be forfeited. A $40.00 service fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Refunds are not available for Blended courses where the online portion has already been accessed.
Course prices include the cost of tuition, class materials (excluding printed textbooks), training supplies, and one exam fee (except Emergency Medical Responder).
Prepayment is required to confirm your registration and seat(s) in class.
