The Medical First Responder is an advanced course targeted to the community responder requiring more than Standard First Aid (CPR-C) training. The course builds upon the Standard First Aid (CPR-C) course and focuses on advanced assessment techniques, additional intervention tools, and prepares the responder to work within the Emergency Medical System.

- Firefighters*
- Workplace response teams
- Remote location workers
- St. John Ambulance community services volunteers
