About the course
This course is for Basic, Intermediate, or equivalent first aid attendants who need the skills and knowledge to transport injured or ill workers to medical aid.
Participants will practise:
- spinal immobilization
- patient transport skills
These skills are taught and assessed as outlined in the WorkSafeBC Transportation Endorsement Instructor Guide and Training Manual.
Certificate: A participation certificate will be issued upon successful completion of this course.
