St. John Ambulance certificates are numbered and electronically recorded in a centralized national database. Please contact your local office for a reprint of your certificate. Please note, however, there is an admin fee for reprinted certificates.

For Ontario Residents:
In the Province of Ontario, a valid First Aid Certificate is issued upon successful completion of classroom training and handed to the participant at that time.

In the event of an error on the certificate, (such as a spelling error, or other error) a corrected First Aid Certificate will be provided to the participant within two weeks.
