St. John Ambulance Ontario is ready for the switch to CSA Standards; are you?

New Compliance Deadline: June 22, 2026

Content Summary - banner item 1

Effective June 22, 2026, Ontario will transition to the new CSA (Canadian Standards Association) Standard for First Aid Training. As a result, under this new legislation, the 1-day renewal course for Standard First Aid will no longer be offered. However, participants with a valid Standard First Aid certificate up for renewal will now be able to renew their certification to the Intermediate First Aid course beginning June 22, 2026.

St. John Ambulance will work closely with your organization throughout the transition to CSA standards, ensuring your team remains fully compliant with all required first aid training regulations.
