• ARRIVAL TIME: Arrive prior to 8:30am to avoid disappointment. Late entry will not be permitted past the 15-minute window – this is strictly enforced. Please give yourself ample time for weather conditions, road construction, and other potential delays. Doors open at 8am.
• We are located on the 3rd Floor, Unit 204, 1570 -18th Street in the Shoppers Mall. Parking is available in the Shoppers Mall lot by Entrance 3, Tommy Gun’s, Sport Chek.
• DIGITAL CERTIFICATES DELIVERY: Upon successful certification, a digital certificate will be sent to the registrar within 3-7 business days. A duplicate digital certificate can be issued for $15.

No Shows: Full registration fee applies.
Digital Certificate Delivery:
· Participants who paid their own registration fee will receive a digital certificate within 5 business days of successfully completing the course.
· Upon successful completion of the course, certificates for participants whose registration fee was paid by their employer or other entities, will be sent within 5 business days directly to the organizer for distribution.
