About the program

This is a free online training from St. John Ambulance Canada. It is designed for peers and frontline workers impacted by the toxic drug crisis.

The program provides:

• trauma-informed practical tools
• strategies to help build resilience
• connections to important community supports

It is designed to support mental wellness in high-stress environments and is intended for peers and frontline workers from all communities, including those most impacted by systemic inequities.

The program was developed with guidance from the Peer Advisory Committee (PAC) to help ensure it is relevant, accessible and meaningful for both workers and the people they serve.
