  1. The goals and role of first aid
  2. Taking charge of an emergency situation
  3. The state of shock, the unconscious subject and the fainting
  4. The clearing of the airways - adult, child and baby subjects
  5. Cardio-vascular emergencies and cardiopulmonary resuscitation -adult, child and baby subjects
  6. Severe bleeding
  7. Medical conditions (diabetes, convulsions, asthma and allergies)
  8. Burns
  9. Poisoning, bites and stings
  10. Physical disorders due to heat and cold
  11. The basis of recognition of the severe allergic reaction and the possibility of administering Epipen to children already diagnosed
