•Outside the Country or diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days
•In close contact with a COVID-19 diagnosed person without proper personal protective equipment
•Informed by Public Health that you may have been exposed (past 14 days).
•Experiencing COVID-19 signs/symptoms? Fever, Chills, Cough, Aches, Pains, Sore Throat, Runny Nose, Stuffy/Congested Nose (not related to allergies), Shortness of Breath, Difficulty Swallowing, Falling down often, Pink Eye (Conjunctivitis), Headaches – unusual, long lasting, Loss of Sense of Taste or Smell, Muscle Aches, Digestive Issues, Extreme Tiredness.
If yes, reschedule to a future class at no cost or penalty. You must contact the branch by the next business day.
Upon arrival, you will be required to complete a self-assessment.
Participants are required to wear a mask. A mask may be provided for you at a nominal cost.
Hand sanitizer will be available.
All exercises are modified according to the WSIB and the Ministry of Labour safety protocols.

•Withdrawals from one/two-day classes are charged a $40 fee (plus taxes) for a withdrawal request received between 2 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled class date. No fee will be charged on withdrawal requests received more than 5 business days prior to the scheduled class date. For withdrawal requests received less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled class date, the full registration fee will be charged.
•Withdrawals for specialty classes are charged 20% of the class fee; same timelines given above.
•Transfer requests for one/two-day courses are subject to a $25 fee (plus taxes) if requested within 5 business days of the scheduled class start date.
•Transfers for specialty classes are charged 20% of the class fee; same timelines as above.
•No show registrations will be charged the full registration fee.
