Richard Neville, Vice-Chancellor, Finance and AdministrationRick has been actively involved with St-John since 2006 as Chair of the Pension Committee and 2007 as a member of the Finance and Administration Committee. As the former Deputy Comptroller General of Canada ( CFO for the Federal Government ),  the Vice-President and CFO of the Royal Canadian Mint as well as Chair and a Director of various Board of Directors, Rick brings extensive experience in the areas of governance, strategic planning, financial management, pension administration. budgeting and comptrollership.
 
In recognition of his service, Rick was promoted to Commander in the Order of St. John in 2015.
