Cancellation or change of dates more than 5 days prior to the beginning of the course : No charge.
Cancellation or change of dates 5 days or less prior to the beginning of the course : Training fee.
Withdrawal, failure or absence to the course : Training fee.
Registration to complete the missing parts of an uncompleted course, within a maximum period of 21 days following the 2nd day of the initial training : subject to availability.
Obtaining the certificate is conditional to the attendance, the participation in practical exercises and the success of the course.
Furthermore, the instructor may refuse or expel a participant. If applicable, the training fee will not be refunded.
DURING WINTER, NO BOOTS ALLOWED IN CLASSROOM, PLEASE BRING YOUR SHOES.
St. John Ambulance had the right to canceled a class in exceptional case.
